About Us
Proudly young-person-led, we nurture confidence, self-expression, leadership, and teamwork, empowering young people to become role models and change-makers who use their voices and talents to create positive change in their communities. We use youth theatre and creativity as our main tool to explore real issues and barriers affecting young people’s lives, providing a safe and expressive space for them to share experiences and tell their stories. We see a future where every young person is empowered to lead, express their unique talents, and inspire others within a supportive community that values diversity, unity, and teamwork.
Our Story
When our founder, Katie, discovered she had a natural ability to help young people feel seen, heard, and believe in themselves, she combined this with her passion for the performing arts—something she never felt confident enough to pursue when she was younger. This inspired her to leave her job and dedicate her life to helping young people find their voice and use it to create change.
She started this work because she believed every young person has potential within them, even when they cannot yet see it themselves. Too often, young people are not given the chance to discover their strengths or believe in what they are capable of becoming.
She wanted to create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can discover and grow into their full potential with the support of their peers, develop their unique talents, and work in unity to create positive change in their communities.
